Who we are
Who We Are?
The Afghanistan Reform Team was originally established in 2005 with the support of the international community, during a critical time of rebuilding and renewal in Afghanistan. Our mission was clear from the beginning: to train and empower a new generation of Afghan leaders—capable, ethical, and committed to reform.
Our team is composed of Afghans, who represent a bridge between the past and the future. Many of us began our training in 2005 as young leaders with a vision for a peaceful, just, and democratic Afghanistan. Today, we carry that vision forward with renewed urgency in 2025.
We believe that meaningful reform must come from within the Afghan people—especially those who understand both the challenges of the past and the promise of the future. Our work focuses on civic education, institutional reform, youth leadership, anti-corruption advocacy, and national unity.
Afghanistan Reform is not just an organization—it is a movement born of hope, resilience, and responsibility.
